You'll have probably seen all over my social media (can't get away with anything these days ;) )
my weeknights spend at Morris Jones, more often than not...! Well, the oh-so talented head chef and good friend of mine, Matthew Butcher, allowed me to come into his very busy kitchen one night recently. I bombarded him with questions and was STILL lucky enough to try the famous violet crumble nitrogen dish!
